National Engineering School – Sfax

The National Engineering School –Sfax provides a basic training for engineers in following fields :

• Electric engineering
• Mechanical engineering
• Computer engineering
• Material engineering
• Biology engineering
• Geo-resources and Environment

Engineers graduating from this school ( a 5 year-training course ) can work in the main following fields:

- Civil engineering (geotechnics, public works, land planning)
- Geo-resources (water, oil, mining materials, energy)
- Building materials (granualtes, ornamental stones, concrete)
- Environment (impact, cleaning up, water processing, valuation)

Existing post-graduate studies will include in the future a masters degree on environmental and urban area planning upon obtaining the authorization of the Ministry of higher education .
